Have you lost or forgotten your password?
Do not fear, here is how to reset your password with a few simple steps.
Additionally, it is important to understand that Fonn product accounts and Fonn Academy accounts are separate. If you are trying to access Fonn Academy content, you will need to create a dedicated Fonn Academy account. Ensure that you are using the correct account credentials for the platform you are trying to access.
1. Go to https://app.fonn.io/login and press the "Forgot password?" Button.
2. Enter the e-mail you use to sign to Fonn, and press the "Reset password" button
3. Open the e-mail, and press the "Set new password" button.
4. Enter the password you want with minimum 8 characters, and press "Set new password".
5. You have now reset your password, and can continue using Fonn!

Verify that you are using the correct email address associated with your Fonn account. If you are trying to access Fonn Academy and do not have an account, register for a new Fonn Academy account and then attempt to log in or reset the password for that specific account.
