🔗 Secure Document Links in Emails
Recipients of Fonn email notifications containing document links can now click those links and access the document directly for up to 30 days after the email was sent.
🔔 Project Webhooks
Fonn now supports webhooks for project-related events, allowing organisations to automatically notify external systems when key project actions occur. System administrators can enable API and webhook functionality per organisation directly from the admin panel, giving greater control over which organisations have access to these integration capabilities.

📐 Drawing View Tracker — First Viewed Date
The Drawing View Tracker now displays the date a drawing was first viewed, in addition to the most recent view. This gives project teams a clearer picture of when drawings were initially accessed, supporting better audit trails and accountability.
🖼️ Gallery Report Layout
The Gallery Report has been updated with layout adjustments to improve the visual presentation of photo content, making reports cleaner and easier to read.
🏗️ Bulk Project Creation — Increased Limit
The number of projects that can be created in a single bulk operation has been increased. Teams managing large portfolios can now set up more projects at once, reducing the time spent on project administration.
♻️ Scope of Work — Import Restoration
The Scope of Work import process now includes a restoration mechanism, allowing previously deleted or archived SoW items to be recovered during an import. This reduces the risk of data loss when re-importing updated Scope of Work files.
🌍 Platform Translations
Multiple platform components — including the Forms Dashboard, Issues Dashboard, Documents Timeline, Drawing View Tracker, Bulk Project Creator, Members Bulk Invite, and Projects Report — now support full translations. Users working in their preferred language will see these areas of the platform displayed correctly.
🔍 Feature Settings Search
A free-text search filter has been added to feature settings lists at the project, organisation, and system admin levels. Administrators managing large numbers of features or integrations can now quickly find the setting they need without scrolling through long lists.
👥 Mobile Role-Based Member Management
The platform now exposes the permissions and API endpoints needed to support role-based UI and member management on mobile. This lays the groundwork for more granular member management capabilities on the Fonn mobile app.
