📸 Gallery & Photo Reports
Users can now generate photo and gallery reports directly from the Gallery module and the project Report Hub, without needing to navigate through the Timeline. Reports can be generated from the Gallery page or Album pages at any time — a "Create Report" button is now always visible, even when no images are selected. This makes it much faster to produce visual site records and share photographic evidence with stakeholders.
🖼️ Advanced Filtering for Image Reports
The Images Report now supports a range of new filters to help users find exactly the images they need:
Media Type — filter images by type (e.g. photos vs. other media)
Time Range — filter by when images were uploaded
Captured At Date Range — filter by when images were actually taken on site
These additions give project teams much greater control over the images included in reports, making it easier to produce targeted, time-specific visual records.
📋 Assigned-Only Mode for Scope of Work
A new "assigned only" view has been introduced for Scope of Work, allowing users to filter the list down to only the items assigned to them. This reduces clutter for users working across large projects and makes it easier to focus on personal workloads.
🗂️ New Admin Sidebar
A dedicated admin sidebar has been added to improve navigation within the administration area. Admins can now move between admin sections more quickly and intuitively, without losing their place in the application.
✏️ Organisation Admins Can Edit Member Personal Data
Organisation Admins and System Admins can now edit the personal data of organisation members whose profiles are not managed by an external identity provider (Evo). This gives admins greater control over member information and reduces the need to contact support for basic data corrections.
🔒 Migrated Organisation Membership Safeguard
Organisation Admins and System Admins are now prevented from editing organisational membership directly in Fonn for organisations that have been migrated to Evo. This ensures that membership changes are made through the correct system, preventing data conflicts between Fonn and Evo.
👤 External Form Authors Shown by Name
When a form is filled out by an external user, their first and last name are now displayed as the form author instead of their email address. This makes forms easier to read and improves the clarity of records, particularly in reports and audit trails.
📄 Document Split Feedback
When a document is scheduled to be split into multiple files, users now receive clear on-screen feedback confirming the action is in progress. Previously, the process started silently, leaving users uncertain whether anything had happened.

📐 Drawing Page Rotation Normalisation
Page rotation is now correctly normalised when building drawing contexts, ensuring drawings are displayed in the correct orientation without manual adjustment.
🗺️ Drawing Views Tracker — Multi-Project Support (Project Foreman — MFE)
The Drawing Views Tracker has been extended to support multiple projects, allowing users to select projects, date ranges, and modules when generating cross-project drawing reports. This gives teams a broader view of drawing activity across their portfolio.

Gallery & Image Reports
Fixed multiple issues with gallery report generation, including incorrect filter behaviour, wrong category values in issue summary reports, and filters being ignored entirely when generating reports.
Fixed an issue where the "Uploaded date" range filter was incorrectly returning images based on "Captured At" dates instead.
Fixed an issue where generating a gallery report with an uploader or uploader group filter failed to produce a report.
Fixed an issue where the capture date range did not include images from the current day.
