📧 Share Documents via Email
Users can now share documents directly via email without requiring recipients to have a Fonn account. When sharing, a secure link is generated and sent to the specified email addresses, giving external recipients access to the document. The same link is also used to generate a QR code, and the option to stop public sharing (previously "Remove QR") now clearly reflects that it disables all public access — including both emailed links and QR codes.
👥 Bulk Member Invitations to Projects (Project Foreman — MFE)
This feature is in preproduction only. It is now possible to invite multiple members to a project at once as part of the new Project Foreman experience. Rather than adding users one by one, project managers can now send bulk invitations, making it faster and easier to onboard teams to new or existing projects.
📊 User Groups Column in Gantt Chart
A dedicated User Groups column has been added to the Gantt chart view, giving project managers a clearer picture of which groups are assigned to tasks. The filter dropdown for User Groups now also shows only the groups relevant to the current selection, reducing noise and improving usability.
🗺️ Drawings Views Tracker (Project Foreman — MFE)
A new Drawings Views Tracker is now available in production as part of the Project Foreman experience. It allows users to track and manage drawing views more effectively, giving teams better visibility over how drawings are being accessed and used across a project.
🏗️ Improved IFC File Compatibility
The IFC viewer has been updated to support newer IFC schema versions (including IFC4X3_ADD2). Files using modern IFC formats that previously failed to process will now convert and display correctly, including full tree view support.

🔗 Issue Links Open in New Tab
Clicking a link to an issue now opens it in a new Evo tab rather than a new browser tab, keeping the experience consistent with the rest of the platform and reducing context switching.
📐 Drawing Page Rotation Normalisation
Page rotation is now correctly normalised when building drawing contexts, ensuring drawings are displayed in the correct orientation without manual adjustment.
🔄 Report Generation Reliability
Improvements have been made to the underlying report generation service to resolve concurrency issues that could cause report failures, particularly in organisations with multiple active projects. Report generation should now be more consistent and reliable.
🔐 Evo Profile Ownership Tracking
When a user account is managed through Evo (Access's identity platform), the system now correctly identifies and tracks that the profile is Evo-owned. This ensures that profile data is sourced from the right system and prevents conflicts between Fonn-managed and Evo-managed accounts.
