🎥 Video Support in Forms & Reports
Videos attached to forms can now be opened and previewed directly from reports, removing the need to navigate back to the original form. Printing forms with video attachments is also now handled correctly.

The Issue Dashboard micro frontend (MFE) has been deployed to production, providing a more modern and streamlined issue management experience.

👥 Team Leader Experience
Team Leaders can now manage annotations and have clearer visibility of why certain actions are restricted. Report visibility has been refined so Team Leaders only see relevant reports and team information.
🔄 User Migration & Integration Enhancements
Improved user migration processes with new integration endpoints and user update capabilities. Safeguards now restrict editing of selected data while a migration is in progress, and SSO handling for migrating users has been improved. Integration reliability has also been strengthened with added connection resiliency.
📱 Offline Forms
Offline form template schema issues have been resolved, along with template deployment problems in staging environments. Custom naming configuration is now supported, and obsolete version metadata has been removed from offline form payloads.
⭐ Favourites Enhancements
Images can now be added to favourites directly from the document view.
Projects can now be added to favourites directly from the project grid, without needing to open the project first.
🔒 QR Codes Disabled for Unpublished Forms
QR codes are now automatically disabled for forms that have not yet been published, preventing users from scanning and accessing incomplete or draft forms.
📁 SoW — Archive Children with Parent
When a parent SoW item is archived, its child items are now automatically archived alongside it, keeping the scope of works list clean and consistent.
