This release introduces video support in Fonn, document submittal decommissioning improvements, a refreshed navigation and UI, and a number of bug fixes across the platform.
✨ Features
Video Support — Users can now upload and preview videos directly in Fonn on the web. Videos can be attached to forms, issues, tasks, and SoW items, and are viewable in preview mode without leaving the platform.
NB: This is available on web only. Mobile functionality will follow offline forms release.
Document Submittal Decommissioning — Document controllers can now change the destination folder before concluding a submittal, giving greater control over where documents are filed. Empty smart document submittals are automatically removed when a document submittal is decommissioned to prevent unnecessary folder clutter when an incorrect destination is selected at creation.
Gantt Chart — User Group Filter — User groups can now be added as a filter option in the Gantt chart, making it easier to view workload by team.
Refreshed Navigation & UI
The Fonn logo in the header is replaced with a home icon, which returns users to the project grid.
The project title is now displayed in the top bar on all project pages for quick identification.
