This release brings some great new features including the highly requested document sharing via QR code, a new UI in preparation for Evo, SoW cloning improvements and more.
✨ Features
Document QR Code & External Sharing — Users can now generate a QR code for a document, or an external link, and share it with external users. The link will always display the latest revision, and the QR code can be removed at any time if the document is no longer relevant.
Additional SoW Information Cloned — When cloning SoW items and chapters the following items are now cloned as well:

Cancelled RFIs Removed from RFI Report - Cancelled RFIs will no longer show in the RFI report. This means test or RFIs created by accident can be excluded from reports.
UI & Navigation Changes — In preparation for our evo accreditation and migration we have made the following UI and navigational changes:
Header (All Pages)
Full logo replaced with Fonn favicon only
Global search, dark/light mode toggle, and profile settings removed from header
Favourites, tasks, notifications, and organisation dashboard retained as icons
Footer removed across all pages, freeing up working space
Version number moved to the menu sidebar
Home Navigation Pane
New left-hand pane introduced on the Project Grid / Home view
Contains: Projects (favourites surfaced at top), Personal Settings, and Notification Settings
Global search moved from header into the left-hand pane
System admins will see admin menu items in the sidebar
Project Page
Project name displayed as a prominent headline at the top of the left pane
Global search available in the left-hand pane
Navigation breadcrumbs removed
Organisation Settings
