QR Code Form Access for External Users Project Managers and Supervisors can now generate QR codes for form templates, making it easy to share forms with external users such as subcontractors and visitors. Simply print or share the QR code, and anyone can scan it to open and fill out the form directly in their browser, no Fonn account required. The system automatically validates that the form only contains elements compatible with external access, and iOS deep linking is fully supported. Note this doesn't work with form templates that have company, member picker, as we don't expose this information externally. Currently flow only works when users are not part of Fonn. Dark Mode Fonn now supports dark mode. You can toggle dark mode from your user preferences to reduce eye strain during long sessions or when working in low-light environments. Dark mode has been carefully implemented across all organization and project views.
BIM Viewer Property Filtering The BIM/IFC viewer now includes powerful property-based filtering. You can filter visible objects in the 3D scene by their IFC properties, with smart filter controls that detect property types, support OR logic for combining filters, and remember your filter settings when you reopen a model.
Check-ins Overview A new Check-ins listing view is now available, with full pagination, filtering capabilities, and a navigation button to quickly jump to related reports.
Company Filter in Analytics The Analytics panel now includes a company filter, allowing you to narrow down your analytics data by specific companies for more targeted reporting and insights.
SoW Chapter Cloning You can now clone entire chapters in Scope of Work (Aktiviteter), saving significant time when building out similar work structures.
Personal Access Tokens (PAT) A new Personal Access Token management panel is available for users who need API access. You can now create, view, and manage your own tokens for building integrations with Fonn's API.
