Before you begin
The project export feature needs to be enabled for your organisation before you can use it. If you'd like to export your data, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Exporting data from a project
Once the feature has been enabled, follow these steps for each project you want to export:
Go to your organisation panel open the project list, and find the project you want to export data from.
You'll see two export options:
Click the option you need. Fonn will begin preparing your export.
After a few minutes, you'll receive an email with a download link. Click the link to download your files.
Things to keep in mind
Exports are done per project. If you need data from multiple projects, repeat the steps above for each one.
If you don't receive the email after a few minutes, check your spam folder.
