Custom Form Instance Naming - Video Coming
You can now configure automatic naming templates for form instances at the organisation level. Instead of manually naming each form, define a template using components like date, counter, and custom text, project name, project number, Scope of Work item, and Scope of Work Chapter. This means every form created from a template will follow a consistent, predictable naming pattern - saving time and keeping your documentation organised across projects.
Project Reports in Report Hub
The new Report Hub now supports Project Daily Reports, Project Weekly Reports, and Project Custom Reports. Reports feature an updated image presentation style with a new gallery module, and a Description field replaces the previous General Notes field for better clarity. Note we haven't replaced sub-contractor notes, and we are exploring how to address this feature.
BIM Viewer Improvements
The BIM viewer now includes volume measurement and area measurement tools. Measurement and x-ray tools are organised in dropdown groups for easier access, and you have more granular control over section planes where you can have multiple sections planes active at the same time. A fix for first-person navigation is also included.
Issues - Categories on List View & Clipboard Paste
Categories are now visible directly on issue cards in the list view, making it easier to scan and filter at a glance. You can also paste images directly from your clipboard into the issue discussion feed - no more saving files first.
Project Dashboard - Team Information
The Project Home Page now displays team information, giving you an at-a-glance view of who is involved in each project.
Issue Excel Report - Parent Chapter Column
Issue Excel reports now include a Parent Chapter column, making it easier to trace issues back to their location in the Scope of Work hierarchy.
Evo Design System Updates
Continued rollout of the Evo Design System with improved button discoverability, better inline editing icons, updated document tab colours, and various UI consistency fixes across the platform.
Fixes
Generating issue reports no longer takes excessively long on large projects (previously up to 20 minutes).
Form descriptions are now fully readable on web - long descriptions no longer get cut off to a single line.
Form field visibility conditions no longer cause a crash when switching to an unsupported field type.
Search now works correctly in the form builder's visibility dropdown.
Document upload modal in forms now opens correctly instead of showing the document link modal.
Document revise modal no longer shows a horizontal scroll bar.
Submittals email notifications now display the correct logo.
Images linked to issues now display proper details under "linked items"
Removing a due date from an issue now shows the correct confirmation message.
The categories dropdown in issues no longer jumps when selecting or unselecting the first category.
Uploading multiple images to an issue no longer fails when one image does not meet requirements.
Archived users no longer receive email notifications.
Tasks in "in progress" state no longer have an editable description. Long task titles no longer overlap other information on the grid view.
Images in the gallery can no longer be deleted if they are linked to a resource.
Albums can no longer be deleted if an image from the album is linked to a resource.
Time Cards organisation endpoint response time significantly improved.
