Updated Fonn Branding
Fonn's visual theme has been updated to align with the Access Evo Design System, including a new logo and refreshed color scheme. This brings Fonn closer to the look and feel of other Access products.

Image Picker for Issues and Scope of Work
You can now link existing images from your project gallery directly to issues and SoW items, without needing to re-upload them. Browse your gallery, select the images you need, and link them in seconds. Images linked to issues also display with badges in the gallery tab, making it easy to see which photos are already connected.

BIM Viewer Improvements
The BIM viewer has received several usability upgrades. You now have a navigation cube to help orient yourself in 3D models, a pointer lens when creating measurements, improved hover highlighting on model faces, and smoother pan navigation without accidentally selecting elements. Scrolling to zoom also works correctly when tools are active.

Issue Report Improvements
The issue report now supports filtering by user groups and includes new sections for companies, forms, and user groups in the PDF report. You can also choose whether to include the companies section in your PDF output, giving you more control over your reports.

RFI Report Enhancement
RFI comments are now included in the PDF report, giving you a complete record of the discussion alongside the formal RFI workflow.

Fixes

  • Data entered into fillable PDFs is now saved correctly

  • Global search now returns consistent results regardless of sorting

  • Adding annotations on documents no longer causes a blank page

  • Pins are now available again on the document toolbar

  • Images in form PDF output are now properly scaled instead of being cropped

  • Suggested member list no longer disappears when typing a mentioned user's email

  • Task report generation button is no longer incorrectly disabled

  • Unlinking the last linked image from a SoW item now works correctly
