The Issues module just got a major upgrade (Now in React)
Everything you love about Issues — the ease of use, photo capture, and speed — is still there. We've added powerful new capabilities to help you track, manage, and report on issues more effectively than ever.
All your existing issues are fully preserved. Nothing is lost.
What's New
Assign User Groups to Issues You can now assign an entire user group to an issue, making it easier to involve the right team without adding people one by one.
Link Companies to Issues Connect companies directly to an issue. When companies are linked, they'll automatically appear in your reports — giving you clear visibility into which companies are involved.
Link Forms to Issues Attach form instances directly to an issue. For example, link an incident report form to an incident issue to keep everything connected in one place. Coming soon: Required forms per issue category — so certain forms must be completed before an issue can be closed.
Improved Image Carousel Browse issue photos in a proper carousel view with upload date, geolocation, and more details at a glance.
Cleaner Conversation View The updated chat now lets you toggle between the full activity log and conversation-only mode — so you can cut through the noise and see just what's been said.
More Powerful Filtering & Sorting Filter issues by user group, company, and more. Combined with expanded sorting options, finding the right issue is faster than ever.
Issue Reports — Right Where You Need Them Run the updated issue report directly from within the Issues module — no need to switch over to Project Reports.

You can switch back to legacy Issues at any time — all your data is shared between both views
New fields (companies, user groups, forms) are only visible in the new design
Mobile support for the new fields is rolling out over the coming weeks
