Highlights
Comments in RFI make it much easier to collaborate on RFI. Repondents, followers, and submitter can all add comments, and can coordinate before submitting a final response. This allows for respondents to provide more nuanced informal feedback before providing their official answer. Video to Come
Bulk Notifications for notifying Drawings and Tracking Views (Enhancing Document Sharing and Tracking) See Video
You can now now select multiple drawings and send a notification to your selected users to see the drawing in Fonn
You can also see in Fonn who has actually viewed the drawing, and also who has received a notification to view it, but has yet to view the drawing
Submittals Improvements
Upon conclusion of a submittal you can now notify users about issued drawings with a link to newly issued drawings. Note that you can also track which users has actually viewed the concluded submittal
You can now bulk add reviewers to packages. This makes it easier to add users if you forgot to include them during creation of submittal, or give access to a person new to the project
Improvements to UI related to selection of submittal versus opening up detailed submittal view
Time Cards with Default Classification. Org Admins can now set the default time classification. When enabled all new time tracks will by default have this classification, also works when combining check-ins to produce time tracks. All this means is less clicks for users tracking time in Fonn
Gantt improvement to make it easier to extend bars by dragging it to outside of date range
SoW Import
When importing or updating items in SoW via importer it is now added to the history log of the item, providing better overview of items and better tracability
External Form Sharing with Section-Level Control
Share forms seamlessly with anyone outside your project, no Fonn account needed! Invite customers, subcontractors, or consultants via email and they can fill in their sections directly while only viewing (not editing) previous sections of the form
