* Redesigned Project Details
Project Details page has new, easier to use look. You can now access project
members faster than before. Redesigned page is now more responsive and readable.
Other changes:
- Added placeholder when project has no background image
- Added placeholder for issue search bar
- Issue attachment section is now more visible while creating new Issue
- VAT information label is now visible if turned on in project settings
- Issue "Open" status has been renamed to "Active"
