Introducing the New Companies Feature in Fonn

The new Companies feature in Fonn introduces a centralized company database to streamline workflows in Tender Packages and Forms. Org admins can add and manage companies with key details like contacts, addresses, and registration numbers. When creating tenders, users can select companies from the database or add new ones, which are automatically stored for future use. In Forms, new field types allow users to select companies and their contacts, enabling standardized, auto-filled data in outputs like PDFs. This reduces manual entry, improves consistency, and connects previously siloed workflows. The feature is designed for easy adoption and will reflect all companies previously contacted via tender packages
