RFI - External users can now view, add, and edit annotations on a file that is part of an RFI. This allows for a much richer feedback process and improved collaboration. Respondents and reviewers can see annotations added by one another,
Documents
Drawings and Disciplines (see visual)
Organization admins can now set up custom disciplines for drawings to better organize drawings. By default the ISO standard disciplines are enabled, but these can be toggled on and off, and new custom disciplines can be added allowing for more flexibility in drawing management
Users on the documents module (with drawing folder enabled) will then have the option to categorize a drawing based on the enabled disciplines
We now allow for storing of CSV files in documents
Improved search experience - Fonn remembers folder user was in removing search text
Reports
Time Cards - Updated system 4 report for importing time cards data to run salary in PowerOffice Go and 24SevenOffice
Issue Report - Reporter can now define what information should be included in the report in terms of modules (tasks, change requests, documents, pins, discussion)
Task Report - Reporter can now choose to only show tasks created in chosen date scope, or to also include tasks that were created outside of chosen date scope, but were updated within the date scope.
Analytics
Org admins can now see summary time tracking data on projects in the Cost Control section of Analytics. Specifically they can see a summary of planned hours (from SoW) and actual hours by projects
UI/UX
When SoW is hidden from clients they no longer see the progress bar on the project tile and on the project overview page
Update to how user groups are displayed in member pickers. User group list is now scrollable making it easier to work with many groups
🐛 Fixes:
'Access Denied' error on iOS when viewing photos uploaded by other users in tasks
Toggling 'I don't have address yet' does not send the correct playload
