Revisioning in Submittals
Document controllers can now revise individual drawings in submittal packages or the entire package
During the revision process, Fonn’s AI recognizes which drawings are potential revisions and suggests these files for revision
When revising a submittal document controller can easily decide to copy the previous approvers, so that they are immediately notified of the new submittal and can provide feedback
When revising the drawings document controllers can inspect metadata from drawings, and uploaded drawings will have metadata automatically extracted
Revising the package also allows document controllers to easily add new documents to existing packages
Forms – Introduction of a quick toggle to easily display only published form templates, or show all form templates, including unpublished. Available in the organization panel, and in projects
Images in SoW – Users can now open all images attached to a SoW item and view images in Timeline for easy image reporting
🐛 Fixes:
User groups in Permission management for documents are not alphabetic, as they are everywhere else
«uploaded by» in document details always showing current user
