Text input
- Single-line free text input with a maximum of 1000 characters.
Text Area
- Free text input with a maximum of 4000 characters.
Large Text Area
- Large free text input with a maximum of 7000 characters.
Date Input
- Date selector.
Cost Input
- Numbers only input, with buttons for adding or subtracting 1 from the total.
Horizontal Text Input
- User can input text into pre-populated boxes.
There is a maximum of 6 entry options & boxes are shown horizontally.
Horizontal Checkboxes (Limited to 6 options)
- User can tick multiple options from the list provided.
There is a maximum of 6 entry options & boxes are shown horizontally.
Vertical Checkboxes
- User can tick multiple options from the list provided.
There is a maximum of 20 entry options & boxes are shown vertically.
Horizontal Radio Buttons (Limited to 6 options)
- User can tick 1 of the options from the list provided.
There is a maximum of 6 entry options & boxes are shown horizontally.
Vertical Radio Buttons
- User can tick 1 of the options from the list provided.
There is a maximum of 20 entry options & boxes are shown vertically.
Current Date Input
- Shows the current date automatically without any input from the user.
Members
- Lets you pick any number of people from a list of all project members, based on which project the form is being filled out in.
Multi-image Field
- Lets the user upload images into the form. Images are shown under the image field after publishing.
Divider
- A horizontal line across the form, providing space between fields.
Label
- A line of text that is not editable by the user. This field is used for adding read-only text to a form.
Signature
- Lets the user add a single signature to the form.
Multiple Signature / Clonable Signature
- Lets the user sign a form, and automatically adds a "Name" and "Date" box above the signature for the user to fill out. It also gives the option for multiple users to sign, by clicking the 'Add Field' button (this will add another signature field)
Contextual Field Populated with Project Value
- Allows you to pre populate information based on the Project Settings - select an item from the drop down list when building this form.
